These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betworld88 ("betworld88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services made available at betworld88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

betworld88 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. The standard KYC documentation required includes:

The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and DuitNow. For FPX bank transfers, the minimum is MYR 50.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly. FPX deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon one network confirmation.
• betworld88 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted subject to additional verification.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer and to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets on odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. All sports betting and casino game activity on betworld88 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type, which are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. betworld88 does not accept bet cancellation requests unless a game or event is cancelled before it commences, in which case stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applicable to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements, unless otherwise specified in the product-specific rules.
• betworld88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined and the result was known to the Player at the time of placing the bet (commonly referred to as "past-posting").
• In the event of a system or pricing error that results in a manifestly incorrect odd or payout being displayed, betworld88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the betworld88 Platform and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) registered account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or to place wagers.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any systematic exploitation of bonus promotions in a manner that is clearly contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Coluding with other Players to influence game outcomes or to exploit the Platform's systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or other system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal enterprises.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards betworld88 support staff or other Platform users.

betworld88 employs advanced fraud detection technology and monitors account and betting activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, betworld88 may take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, bet voiding, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the betworld88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of betworld88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betworld88, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

betworld88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Platform at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

betworld88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• An account is subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, betworld88 reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no breach is involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betworld88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

betworld88 operates under international gaming regulations and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts or Malaysian regulatory authorities in respect of its gaming operations. Malaysian players are responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable laws of Malaysia regarding online gambling.
